CEO & Founder
LeadershipKwame founded PCM in 2014 with a mission to professionalise waste management across Ghana. He holds an MSc in Environmental Management from KNUST and spent 8 years with EPA Ghana before establishing PCM. Under his leadership, PCM has grown from 3 vehicles to a fleet of 45, serving 42,000+ clients across Greater Accra and Ashanti regions.
Abena Mensah
Operations Director
OperationsAbena oversees PCM's day-to-day collection operations, managing 200+ drivers and supervisors across 12 district routes. She pioneered PCM's GPS route optimisation system and has driven collection efficiency from 78% to 97% since joining in 2018. She holds a BSc in Logistics from UG Legon.
Emmanuel Darko
Chief Financial Officer
FinanceEmmanuel manages PCM's financial strategy, billing systems, and investor relations. Before PCM, he spent 6 years at Stanbic Bank Ghana in SME finance. He introduced PCM's MoMo-first billing system which increased on-time payments by 34%.
