Authorises collection and transportation of all waste categories.
EPA Hazardous Waste Transporter
Authorises transportation of clinical, chemical, and industrial hazardous waste under Act 917.
ISO 14001 Environmental Management
PCM's operations are structured in alignment with ISO 14001 environmental management system principles.
OSHA-Compliant Workplace
All PCM collection staff operate under OSHA-compliant health and safety protocols. PPE provided and enforced on all collections.
Ghana Revenue Authority Registered
PCM is a fully registered GRA taxpayer with current VAT registration. VAT invoices issued on request.
SSNIT-Compliant Employer
All permanent PCM employees are registered with SSNIT. Contributions paid monthly. Tier-2 and Tier-3 pension schemes in place.

How PCM Maintains EPA Compliance
Monthly EPA Waste Returns
Submitted by the 14th of each month for the preceding month. Categories: MSW, C&D, industrial, hazardous. Zero late submissions since 2014.
Annual EPA Audit
PCM has passed 11 consecutive EPA annual audits. Audit records available to procurement officers on request.
EPA-Approved Vehicle Register
All PCM collection vehicles are registered on the EPA-approved vehicle register. Roadworthiness certificates maintained.
Licensed Disposal Sites Only
PCM disposes exclusively at Accra Sanitary Landfill and PCM's own MRF facility. No illegal dumping. Tipping receipts for every load.
Staff Training Records
Training certificates for PPE use, hazardous waste handling, and emergency procedures maintained for all field staff.
Annual Reports
PCM publishes annual sustainability and environmental performance reports. These include waste diversion rates, carbon impact, and community benefits.
