Getting Started

Go to our Register page and complete the 4-step form. It takes about 5 minutes. You'll need your GhanaPost GPS address, phone number, and property type. Once submitted, we'll confirm your registration by SMS within 24 hours.

Bin delivery happens within 3 working days of registration confirmation. Our team will SMS you the delivery date. Someone must be home to receive the bin.

No deposits and no setup fees. Registration is completely free. Your first monthly invoice is issued after the first collection month.

Yes — you can register multiple properties under one account. Each property has its own bin, collection schedule, and invoice. Contact us for estate or compound-level arrangements.

Collections & Service

Residential clients typically have twice-weekly collections (e.g., Tuesday and Friday). The exact schedule depends on your district. You'll receive your collection days by SMS after registration.

Contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 24 hours and we'll arrange a remedial collection, usually within 48 hours. Persistent missed collections are credited back on your invoice.

Standard household waste including food scraps, packaging, paper, and garden waste. We do not collect hazardous materials (chemicals, medical waste) in standard bins. A separate hazardous waste service is available.

Currently we collect mixed waste. We offer separate recycling collection (plastics, paper, glass, metals) for businesses and estates. Ask us about our recycling add-on.

Payments & Billing

Residential service starts from GH₵ 35/month for a 120L bin on a weekly schedule. Our pricing calculator gives you an exact quote based on your location and bin size.

Pay online at pcm.citymanagersghana.com/pay using your client code. We accept MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer.

Yes — AutoPay deducts your monthly bill automatically from your MoMo wallet or card. Set it up in the client portal under Payment Settings.

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. A reminder SMS goes out at day 7. A GH₵ 10 late fee applies at day 15. Service may be suspended at day 30 if unpaid.

Technical & Account

Go to pcm.citymanagersghana.com/portal and log in with your phone number and the PIN we sent you. You can view invoices, collection schedules, and track payments.

Report it immediately via the client portal or call us. Bin replacements for normal wear are free. Stolen or deliberately damaged bins may incur a replacement fee of GH₵ 50–150 depending on size.

You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice via the portal or in writing. We'll collect your bin and issue a final invoice. No cancellation fees for residential clients.
